Do I need to be home during the service?

Not always — as long as we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and a suitable water supply, you don’t need to be present during the service. Many of our customers choose to carry on with their day while we complete the work. We’ll confirm all access details during the booking process to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely in your absence.
