Therma-Tech supper heated roof cleaning & patio black spot removal service @ the Tudor hall Potters bar, Hertfordshire EN5

We were first called to Tudor hall a lavish six bedroom property in Potters Bar, Barnet, EN5 in Hertfordshire (just north of London) to provide a Patio black spot removal service on a large sandstone patio. The Owner had it pressure cleaned the week previous, but the company was unable to remove the black spot from the surface.  After assessing the courtyard, there was only one solution for us which was to use our therma tech superheated cleaning system.

Our Therma-Tech is a specialist piece of cleaning equipment producing superheated water to temperatures up to 150 C, which can break down the likes of lichen (blackspot) with ease to leave you with a clean and spotless finish every time.

It took us a good six hours to complete the patio blackspot removal service on the 120m² sandstone patio, but once complete, the stone was completely restored to its natural colour with not a mark in sight.
